Celebrating a Major Milestone: Recognition from the Government of Kenya!
We are thrilled to announce that our organization, Initiative and Advocacy for Orphans’ Development, has officially been recognized by the Ministry of Interior & National Administration, Department of Refugee Services. This recognition is a testament to the impactful work we’ve been doing for the past three years in Kakuma and Kalobeyei Settlement, supporting vulnerable orphans in our community.
Through our mentorship programs for high school students, art initiatives for children aged 10-15, social and emotional learning (SEL), clothing distribution, and monthly community focus group discussions, we have remained committed to transforming lives and fostering hope.
This acknowledgment not only strengthens our resolve but also highlights the incredible journey we’ve shared with the community and our partners.
We remain dedicated to empowering the next generation and ensuring that these vital programs continue to grow and serve those in need.
A big thank you to the Camp Manager for this recognition, and to our amazing team and supporters who make all of this possible.
Stay with us on this journey as we continue to advocate, inspire, and uplift!

Good work team I really like that

We believe in transforming the lives of the least fortunate in both kakuma and Kalobeyei. I would like to encourage you Mr Ahamad to continue with the same spirit as we back you up.
